Wilson. I was a witness to the events that sojourner4Christ (must be
"another" Christ) is referring to in the link provided by him which is
nothing more than a smear piece and slander. I suspect that sojourner is
James Lloyd. I testified at the recent civil trial that Mr. Lloyd
instigated. My regret is that I did not go into an in-depth history in
my testimony about how Mr. Lloyd was a slanderer. I relied on the
questioning rather than expounding on my own. This will change soon in
that I am now presently working on my own website exposing the wiles of
James Lloyd and his wicked merchandising of people in the name of the
Most High. Mrs. Kristich and Craig Portwood had cause to bring suit against Mr. Lloyd when he first published his smear piece entitled "The Rise and Fall of Craig Portwood." Neither one did. A time lapse occurred wherein the courts and the law says they can bring no action. They brought no action other than publishing a rebuttal and an expose of Mr. Lloyd's business. That is what Mr. Lloyd has - a business - nothing more. This rebuttal upset Mr. Lloyd so much that he sued immediately. Mr. Lloyd's lawsuit again brought much financial and emotional strains on his targets. This is what he intended, I am sure. I was a witness to what he caused. Mr. Lloyd won no damages from either Mr. Portwood or Mrs. Kristich because, the fact is, he was never damaged by them. I witnessed Mr. Lloyd leaving the courthouse with his head hung low and not in a very cheerful mood. I have photographs. Also Mr. Lloyd may have suborned one of his sycophants, a Mr. Maugans, to falsely testify about events and actions that he, Mr. Maugans had no clue about. I was there at the trial. I talked to Mr. Maugans in the hallway as the trial proceeded. Mr. Maugans was "hired" by Mr. Lloyd to be an "expert" witness. Mr. Maugans flat out lied on behalf of his authoratarian figure, James Loyd. Is lying in this manner sanctioned by the scriptures, Mr. Lloyd? I will post more on this matter later. June 21, 2007 I see that SOMEONE complained, and had the post removed. I wonder why SOMEONE doesn't want the Truth to be known?
WHO would do such a thing?
