James Lloyd maliciously defames Linda
Kristich and threatens her with legal action again!
After being convicted of defaming Craig
Portwood and me with malice in last years lawsuit, James Lloyd has again
begun defaming Craig Portwood and myself.
James Lloyd wrote an e-mail* to his
"flock," which again defamed Craig Portwood, myself and others. Mr.
Portwood responded and informed Mr. Lloyd that Mr. Lloyd was not being
honest with his "flock," informing Mr. Lloyd that, "There
are a number of other false statements in this email which are also false,
defamatory, malicious statement. which you have published to third parties.
These statements are defamatory per se." Craig
further responded that Mr. Lloyd was in danger of being sued by Mr.
Portwood.
Mr. Lloyd responded by threatening me,
Linda Kristich** within an e-mail cc'd to me.
Do real "prophets" of God really do these things?

Subject: You are defaming people again
Mr. Lloyd,
It has come to my attention that I am again being
defamed by you. A copy of the email is attached and is also rendered below
in text.
Be very careful sir, I do not take kindly to your
personal attacks.
I have made no attempt to do any of the following
things:
- I have not "slandered" you in any email to your
group.
- I have not made any attempt to "destroy this
ministry".
- I am not a "mastermind" behind any "attacks" as you
falsely state.
- I am not "harassing" you
- I am not "stalking " anyone, much less you.
- I am not "obsessed with Susan" nor with you.
- I am not carrying out any "pathetic campaign of
hate"
There are a number of other false statements in this
email which are also false, defamatory, malicious statement. which you
have published to third parties. These statements are defamatory per se.
You have likewise defamed Linda Kristich once again.
You are treading very dangerous ground. Your public
image took a real beating in the last lawsuit. You had better stop your
trashing of my good name. If you do not rectify this situation, you may
find yourself back in court. I have learned much and may even have
representation in court for this round. Your only hope is to make peace
while you still can. I offered an olive branch to you years ago and you
slapped it out of my hand.
Do you want peace or war sir?
In any courtroom battle I am a soldier whereas you are
dead meat on a stick.
This is 2008. You are about out of time to do what is
right James.
Don't destroy yourself. A blind man could see this.

Subject: Renewed Hostility
Dear Craig,
I
desire peace. However, I have received more than a dozen emails from an
email account purporting to be from Craig Portwood, pointing towards the
latest of many ongoing initiatives defaming Christian Media. If these were
not sent by you, then I will react accordingly upon receiving
documentation demonstrating these attacks originated with someone else.
This
latest round of internet attacks on Christian Media was unprovoked, so my
perspective is you, and your associates, are again seeking to stir up
antagonism towards us.
The only way I see to make peace is to simply cease all attacks
reciprocally, and pursue our own paths. If you, and your surrogates David
Wilson and Linda Kristich, are willing to cease all criticism of CM, I am
willing to respond in kind. Unfortunately, I don't believe you to be
sincere when you say you desire peace, while you continue to attack. Why
not just let it go, and let God choose between us?
While
you are free to attack us in a legal venue, in the event you choose to
pursue us via such a method, please be advised your patron [**]Linda
Kristich will again be the centerpiece of our response.
