received via "cc" the following e-mail: Dear Mr. Wilson,
I hope you've never bought anything from Wal-mart... My goodness, why do you hate James Lloyd so much? If he is indeed so evil, I think Jesus will take care of him in the end... You still have not sent me the audio files which "prove" James Lloyd to be a liar, as you claim. Instead you choose to offer me this information you claim you have for a price. IE : You seem to be trying to make money off of this hatred of Mr. Lloyd. Mr. Lloyd has always been honest with us in any dealings we've had with him. Period. Do I agree with everything he has said? No, I do not. He's human after all. I think your efforts would be better spent in other endeavors. In any event, please stop sending me these ridiculous e-mails unless you can prove your allegations. Dear Robert Houghton: Since I ended up in this loop I feel compelled to respond. When one is in a position of "authority" one has a responsibility to weigh out whom they do business with on a professional level. Wal-Mart doesn’t claim a high moral ground, they merely sell stuff. Mr. Wilson was an eyewitness to many of Mr. Lloyd’s spurious dealings and is doing his best to make you aware of what an Oregon jury found to be his malicious character. I used to listen to shortwave radio a great deal and believed that those on short wave had the fortitude to tell the truth and stand up for righteousness, but once I was sued for voicing my true witness on January 1, 2005 on the public airwaves about what I had personally experienced for three years previous at the hands of James Lloyd dba Christian Media Network and Susan Lenox, I learned differently. I learned that Freedom of Speech within the United States is dead. When one can attack an honest witness as "defamation" and sue a poor woman with two children for relaying her personal experiences and no one stands up for her within the "patriot community," then the First Amendment to the Constitution, is dead. It is my personal experience that with enough money and the right attorney one can shut up the truth anytime they feel like it and no shortwave "patriot" will ever stand in their way. As you probably already know, "Qui tacet consentit" is a Latin legal maxim for "silence implies consent." It is one thing for the "patriot" community to go after the big and powerful government, and blame them for all that is wrong within our society but if the patriot community cannot or will not police their own, then they are little more than hypocrites. I have not listened to the Hour of the Time since the death of William Cooper. I had a lot of respect for Mr. Cooper’s integrity and have not seen such integrity on the "patriot" front since his death. The silence from the so-called "patriot" community over the matter of Christian Media Network’s lawsuit was/is very telling. I find it very difficult to believe that so-called "patriots" were unaware that James Lloyd dba Christian Media Network and Susan Lenox were suing a fellow shortwave broadcaster—Craig Portwood and myself over a matter of Freedom of Speech. Mr. Portwood has chronicled and thoroughly documented the ordeal on his website at www.beaconoftruth.com as have I, at my website www.avoiceofthechristianunderground.com . I began my website just after Mr. Lloyd and Ms. Lenox sued me. The two-faced nature of "Christian" Media Network is clearly evident. Publicly they do, however in private—it is quite another matter. We are living proof that the Freedom of Speech is something that no one within the "shortwave patriot community" truly valued, for when an honest witness can be dragged before a court of law, and no one shames the perpetrator into submission, then the "patriot" community has no standards. Clearly they too, are just in it for the money.I was a "nobody," before Mr. Lloyd and Ms. Lenox began their malicious attack against me back in 2002. For years, I was publicly demeaned by Christian Media Network and their hosts and had no way to counter their many vicious lies. Mr. Wilson witnessed all of this and was outraged at what transpired. He is an aggressive evangelizer and has done his living best to open people’s eyes as to what he witnessed. Mr. Wilson even attended the actual trial to witness to what he saw and has shown more personal integrity than a whole schedule full of "broadcasters" ever has. His passion in trying to reach you is typical of his character, as he strives to bring the truth of the matter to the forefront. The documentation of his testimony is easily found, but as the old adage goes-you can led a horse to water, but you cannot make him drink. I have met Mr. Wilson on a number of occasions and have found his opinions to be well researched and morally correct. I am honored to count Mr. Wilson as a friend. The truth of the matter is easily discovered as one can order the actual court transcriptions for themselves online from the Jackson County, Oregon Court System—case numbers 04-2174-L4 and 05-0971-L7. One may not like the way in which the truth is presented, but one would be a fool not to research the matter raised. The day will come, when all will know of the hypocrisy of James Lloyd and Susan Lenox dba Christian Media Network, Mr. Wilson is simply trying to save you the embarrassment by putting you ahead of the curve.
